Common questions
What counts as a pet medical record?
In Pettioe a pet's record holds vaccinations, medications, vet appointments, diagnoses and visit notes, symptom logs, weight and feeding history, uploaded documents and photos, and the vet contacts attached to that animal.
Can I get it as a PDF?
Yes. One tap produces a date-stamped PDF of the whole record. When you generate it for a share-link recipient it is watermarked as a read-only snapshot.
Is my pet's data private?
Your records are protected by row-level security so only you and the people you explicitly invite can read them. Share links carry an expiry date, an optional password, and can be revoked at any time.
Can my vet see the record?
Yes, two ways: invite them into the pet with a role, or send a secure share link that shows the record and upcoming medications without them creating an account.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Records stay yours. You can export or delete everything from Settings at any time, on any plan.
