Common questions
How many pets can I add?
Unlimited, on every plan including free. Pettioe was built for households with several animals rather than charging per pet.
What can each family member do?
You choose per pet. Editor can add and change records, viewer can read only, and refill-only can see the medication list and request refills without touching medical history.
Can I share one pet but not the others?
Yes. Permissions are granted per pet, so a sitter watching the dog for a weekend never sees your other animals' records.
Does everyone see the same reminders?
Yes. Doses, appointments and vaccine due dates appear on the shared calendar, and logged doses update for everyone — which is what stops double-dosing.
Can I give access to a pet sitter without giving them my login?
Yes, and you should. Invite them with a role, or send a secure share link with an expiry date, an optional password and one-tap revocation when the trip ends.
